MS Technology is seeking an Electrical Designer with strong AutoCAD Electrical experience to support client projects by developing detailed control panel design drawings. This role is focused on hands-on design work within AutoCAD Electrical, supporting high-quality, standards-driven deliverables in a collaborative engineering environment.

Only applicants with AutoCAD Electrical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed design activities to include:
    • Preparation of control panel drawings using AutoCad Electrical; enclosure front, back plate layout and details, cutout details, associated wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials.
  • Provides checking support for deliverables.
  • Design activities are conducted following regimented quality assurance / quality control procedures.
  • Produce and revise drawing packages in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes and standards
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to ensure accurate and integrated designs
  • Maintain drawing standards, title blocks, and revision control
  • Support design reviews and incorporate redlines

Required Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience utilizing AutoCad Electrical.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in related field.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Client projects for this position require US Citizenship
  • Experience with control panel or industrial electrical design preferred
  • Familiarity with NEC or similar standards preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict while balancing multiple schedules and priorities
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
