Job Description

Essential Functions

Set up machine for production runs.
Wash machine after production runs.
Restack and flip-flop units to reduce warp.
Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of the machine as necessary.
Fill in for the Automatan Labeler Operator in their absence.
Check finished product for quality per customer specifications.
Ensure quality is a work priority by being attentive to detail and accuracy and by actively seeking work process improvements. Quality is the responsibility of all employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.

Safety-sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business.
Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed.
Ability to effectively work in teams.
Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
Ability to read a tape measure/ruler.
Good mathematical skills.

This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM.
This position may be required to work overtime.
The wage range for this position is $20.19 to $27.31 per hour, based on experience.
