You arrive to a production floor humming with automatic and semi-automatic machinery. Before the first run, you review production and process specifications, verify materials and components in the staging area, and complete your pre-run checks. With meters, gauges, touchscreens, and digital controls at your fingertips, you bring the line up safely, always prepared to use emergency stop and following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Throughout the shift, you set up, operate, adjust, and perform changeovers on assembly and filling equipment. You keep a close eye on machine performance—tuning parameters, addressing minor issues, and keeping operations aligned to quality and output goals while minimizing downtime. When a fault occurs, you diagnose within established work instructions, make minor repairs or adjustments, and escalate to the Production Leader or Supervisor when needed. You document everything accurately in machine logs and production records according to SOPs and WIs.
Cleanliness and safety are part of your rhythm. You perform Cleaning and Sanitization (CNS), sustain a clean, organized work area, and uphold cGMP and company safety standards. You also set up and run Drum-Tote Filling equipment to meet product quality and throughput requirements. As the pace intensifies, you bring a strong sense of urgency, coach teammates when asked, and take on additional production tasks assigned by leadership.
