Automated Fulfillment Associate (AutoStore Operations)

Step into a day that moves orders from click to doorstep

When you start your shift, you’ll sync with our AutoStore system, review queued orders, and get products moving. You’ll keep the flow steady—receiving, stowing, picking, and prepping shipments—so customers get the right items on time. Along the way, you’ll rely on scanners, touchscreens, and warehouse tools to make every transaction accurate.

What you’ll own

• Partner with the AutoStore system to receive incoming goods, put them away accurately, and retrieve finished items for customer orders.
• Run core warehouse activities—picking, cycle counts, and put-away—by interfacing with automated equipment.
• Use ladders safely and operate barcode scanners, touchscreens, and keyboards to complete inventory updates.
• Apply special labels, palletize products for shipment, and stage cardboard boxes for packing.
• Perform dunnage tasks and operate pallet jacks confidently.
• Hold yourself to high quality standards; carry out waste and material handling aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Maintain a spotless, organized area using Eaton’s 5S practices and follow all safety procedures.
• Contribute in a team setting to achieve Bussmann business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of computer experience.
• Local-candidate requirement: must live within 50 miles of Ellisville; no relocation is provided.

Preferred

• Experience working with automated robots or robotics-enabled workflows.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort with repetitive motion, standing, and stooping; stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
