Custom Filters Direct is expanding and is looking for 6 Automated Machine Operators (3 on 1st Shift and 3 on 2nd Shift) to help operate our state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment.
- Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Load raw materials and keep machines running efficiently.
- Complete production documentation and report equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with Production and Maintenance to maximize equipment performance and production output.
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with automated production equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
1st Shift
- Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
2nd Shift (train on 1st)
- Monday–Friday (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
