Job Description:
Reading and interpreting fabrication blueprints.
Loading the correct materials into automated welding equipment.
Setting predetermined programs into machine controllers.
Maintaining proper machine parameters to ensure consistent, high-quality welds.
Accurately following production instructions.
Using measuring instruments to verify work meets specifications.
Operating standard workshop tools, including grinders and impact wrenches.
Following safe welding and shop practices at all times.
Operating fork trucks and overhead/jib cranes as needed.
Performing other production and shop-related tasks as assigned.
