The Automatic Press Operator is responsible for setting up and/or operating automatically fed machinery in support of production strategies and goals to maximize the profits to the company by improving efficiencies. It actively seeks opportunities for improvement to ensure maximum company performance. It works with other team members to create and maintain a safe, organized working environment/culture that meets/exceeds MAT HD-Rome facility standards and customer expectations.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 1 year experience in stamping manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Good communication skills (listening, verbal, and written). Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic mathematical concepts. Must be able to take and follow direction from management. Willingness and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Must be willing to submit to a background check, employment verification, and drug screen.
