Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator to run and maintain high-volume production on presses such as M&R, ROQ, or Workhorse. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing quality prints and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses (ROQ / Workhorse)
• Load garments and maintain proper registration during production
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
• Mix inks and maintain color consistency
• Troubleshoot press issues to keep production running smoothly
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Requirements
• 1+ year of screen printing or press operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and print quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a production environment
