At Kirby Risk, our Automation Administrator's provide sales support for Automation Services, while maintaining a positive atmosphere to further the goals of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply.

What You'll Do as a Automation AdministratorIn this role, you'll play a key role in supporting our Automation Services team, managing service agreements, coordinating critical processes, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, reliable support.

You'll:

Process Rockwell Automation Software quotes, orders, and contracts

Supports sales and processes for all Kirby Risk APR's in conjunction with Automation Area Manager- Rockwell Services for:

Parts Management Agreements (PMA)Assurance ContractsCustomer Block of Time (CBOT)Annual Repair Agreements (ARA)Training Savings Accounts (TSA)Engineering Services

Demonstrate professionalism when communicating with the sales team, customers, and all organizational levelsParticipate in cross training on:

Rockwell Service Contracts order entryQuoting & enrolling students into training classesCustomer success activitiesCommunication with the Sales team

What Makes You a Great Fit

High School, GED, or relevant sales experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiencyWell-developed communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at onceDemonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferredContinuous learnerWork well both independently and in a collaborative environment

What to Expect in This Role

Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50lbsSit and/or stand for extended periods of timeTalk or hear, both in person and by telephone

Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment while working in an office environment, reaching with hands and armsOccasional travel possible

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
