About the Role:
This Automation & Controls Engineer plays a hands-on role supporting and enhancing the automated manufacturing systems that power advanced biopharmaceutical production. Working within GMP manufacturing and laboratory environments, the position focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving PLC-driven process equipment, data historians, alarms, and OEM automation platforms. You'll partner closely with senior engineers, manufacturing, and QA teams to keep critical systems compliant, reliable, and performance-driven while supporting new facility builds and equipment commissioning. The role is deeply embedded on the plant floor, directly impacting manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and operational continuity.
