Key responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair complex production and packaging systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on electronic control systems; actively drive process improvements with your team.
Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild assemblies to meet specifications and production requirements.
Troubleshoot issues, propose alternatives, and implement practical solutions.
Contribute to factory-wide initiatives that elevate quality, safety, and throughput.
Compensation
$44.00/hour starting pay with a path to $51.76/hour after 120 days.
Shift differential: $0.40/hour for B-shift and $0.48/hour for C-shift.
Additional compensation may be available through our manufacturing incentive program.
Qualifications
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Preferred: apprenticeship, technical school, equivalent military technical training, industrial technology degree, or journeyman’s card.
Able to work any shift and support overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent, dependable attendance.

Vesting: personal and matching contributions are 100% vested immediately; a one-year vesting period applies to profit-sharing and supplemental contributions for newly hired employees.
