Key Responsibilities
Drive manufacturing quality improvements and maintain QMS compliance with applicable ISO standards.
Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies.
Implement CAPA, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Investigate customer complaints, warranty claims, and production quality issues.
Lead supplier audits, supplier development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
Required Skills
12+ years in Manufacturing, Plant, Supplier, or Product Quality.
QMS, ISO Standards, RCA, and CAPA.
APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
SPC, MSA, process audits, and risk assessment.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke.
Manufacturing process knowledge and supplier quality management.
GD&T, engineering drawings, CAD/PLM familiarity, and team leadership.
