Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30-$35 per Hour
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Automation Assembly Technician who enjoys building, troubleshooting, and working directly with customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety in their day combining mechanical work, problem-solving, and customer interaction.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring automated equipment is built, running smoothly, and meeting customer expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment
  • Provide on-site and customer-facing support, ensuring systems perform as expected
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to support equipment performance and improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with some electrical experience
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting automation or equipment systems
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and representing the company professionally
  • Ability to problem-solve in real-time and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with manual machining (Bridgeport mills)
  • Background in automation, equipment build, or field service
