Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in systems or industrial engineering
Experience with PLCs
Mastery of knowledge in equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Prior work experience in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field)
Associates or technical degree in automation (Industrial Controls, Robotics, or related field)
Experience with Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC
Experience in SQL and Databases
Experience in working complex system integration projects
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving capability
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects
Become an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions
Supervise a small team of 2 to 3 and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
