We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Automation Engineer with excellent experience in Ansible, Shell scripting and PostgreSQL / MySQL database. Experience with python and Sybase is a bonus. Excellent communication skills are a must. The individual should be dynamic, quick learner, capable of working independently as well as within a team. Should be familiar with scrum framework values and agile practices, including hands-on knowledge of Jira and Horizon.

Required Skills

• PostgreSQL / MySQL / Sybase
• *7+ years of experience with Ansible, Shell scripting and Automation skills
• *Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL Database
• *Excellent communication skills
• Database: PostgreSQL.
• Automation: Ansible, Shell scripting, reusable automation frameworks.
• Patching & Security Automation: CVE validation, patch verification, vulnerability remediation, compliance evidence generation, and Mythos-like security lifecycle experience.
• CI/CD & GitOps: Jenkins, Bitbucket, pipeline automation, approval gates, traceability, and automated validation.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, AI-driven code generation, documentation automation, and accelerated troubleshooting.
• Enterprise Infrastructure: Linux administration, networking, vendor coordination, production support, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Regulated & Audit Environments: Change management, audit readiness, compliance evidence generation, runbook creation, and governance documentation.
• Professional Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience: Stable work history with strong tenure and long-term project engagements.
