Automation Engineer (GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)
This Automation Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting automation systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The position ensures that all automation solutions comply with regulatory standards, including computer system validation and electronic batch record or form-fill processes, while upholding strict data integrity and documentation requirements. The engineer supports process control, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives to enable safe, compliant, and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. This role plays a critical part in enabling highly automated manufacturing processes and supports both new facility startups and ongoing operations across API and drug product manufacturing.

Work Environment The position follows a compressed work schedule, with 4x10-hour shifts that are highly likely to fall on weekend-oriented schedules. Typical shift options include a weekend shift from Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., or Friday through Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
