About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to optimize our operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. You will work on a variety of projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for various operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and programs using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Document automation processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for optimization.
  • Work with hardware and software to integrate automated systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automation engineering, with a strong understanding of automation principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., scripting, robotic process automation (RPA), etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.


Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Experience with specific automation platforms or software.
  • Knowledge of control systems and industrial automation.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
