Job Summary Looking for an Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining automation, molding, and assembly systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues with automation, molding, and assembly equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs, robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on automation equipment.
Replace worn components and calibrate sensors and actuators.
Support robotic equipment and auxiliary molding systems.
Provide technical support to ensure smooth and reliable production.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment optimization.
Maintain compliance with applicable ISO, FDA, and GMP standards.
Required Skills
