Job Description:
Diagnose and resolve automation troubleshooting, molding or assembly automation systems, including robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Perform scheduled maintenance on automation equipment to ensure reliability. Skilled in replacing worn components and calibrate sensors and actuators, molding automation systems, including robotic equipment and auxiliary devices. Ensuring smooth operation of all the processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, and GMP standards wherever applicable.

Must Have

• Industries: Medical Devices, Plastics/Molding, Injection Molding, Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Automation
• Candidates with hands-on PLC, robotics, automation troubleshooting, and electrical/pneumatic systems experience
• High-volume manufacturing environments

Preferred

• Medical device manufacturing
• Injection molding automation
• Automated assembly/manufacturing
• Companies with robotic production lines
• FDA/ISO/GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
