What You'll Do

In this role, you'll take ownership of the automation systems that drive our operation:

  • Monitor and manage warehouse automation technologies in real time
  • Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve operational interruptions
  • Use tablets or mobile devices to interact directly with robotic equipment
  • Escalate complex issues and track system performance
  • Investigate root causes of system failures and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Support overall warehouse flow by ensuring systems are operating efficiently
  • Utilize internal applications to monitor system health and performance
What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are both hands-on and solution-oriented:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment
  • Ability to interact with web-based systems and applications
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity is a big plus
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or data systems (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with tools, safety equipment, or working at heights is helpful
Physical & Work Environment

This is a hands-on role that requires both awareness and mobility:

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet when necessary
  • Ability to step over, under, and navigate steel rail systems
