Job Title
The person will be responsible for and lead the effort on:
- Test process and leadership
- Test planning and risk analysis
- Review specs, designs, code, and existing tests
- Exploratory testing
- User scenarios review
- Test case creation
- Executing test cases (via automation framework or manual)
- Usage metrics
- User feedback
- Traceability matrixes
Areas of expertise & special skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience as a test lead. 8+ years of experience with test automation and developing frameworks.
- Strong experience working with various SDLC frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
