    Summary

    **Shift: **

    • BHN: 6pm–6am, Thu–Sat, every other Wed

    Symbotic builds the robotic warehouse systems powering some of the largest grocery distributors in the country. Our Manchester, PA site is growing and we're looking for a hands-on technician who wants to build a real career in automation — someone who shows up, learns fast, and takes pride in keeping complex systems running.

    This is an entry-level role with a clear path forward. We promote from within.

    What You'll Do

    • Maintain and support Symbotic's fleet of automated robotic vehicles, vertical lifts, and automated adapters
    • Perform inspections, adjustments, and basic repairs on electromechanical systems
    • Troubleshoot system anomalies using wiring diagrams and test equipment under supervisor guidance
    • Document all maintenance activity in our CMMS system
    • Support Cell Operator functions as needed
    • Follow all OSHA and Symbotic safety protocols — including LOTO and fall protection

    What We're Looking For

    • 1+ year of hands-on mechanical, electrical, or automation experience — or equivalent technical training/certification
    • Comfortable reading basic schematics and following technical procedures
    • Strong work ethic and consistent, reliable attendance — your team depends on you
    • Eager to learn PLC systems, robotics, and advanced troubleshooting
    • Able to work independently and follow procedures without constant supervision

    The Environment

    This is a physical, active role. You'll work at heights up to 45 feet, in temperatures ranging 32°–105°F, and lift up to 50 lbs. PPE required.
