Your day at a glance
On our 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation, you’ll spend a full shift keeping production running smoothly. Whether you’re on days (07:00 AM–07:00 PM) or nights (07:00 PM–07:00 AM), you’ll start by reviewing your Maintenance Connection queue, checking parts availability in our computer-based inventory system, and then moving to the production floor to tackle prioritized work orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues on automation and production equipment.
- Set up machines and perform preventive maintenance (PM) to sustain uptime and product quality.
- Diagnose process-related equipment problems to restore optimal performance.
- Use a computer-based inventory platform to generate reports and locate spare parts.
- Execute day-by-day tasks within Maintenance Connection (CMMS).
- Support maintenance and production teammates; assist with training when asked.
- Deliver quality results within time standards communicated by management (verbally and in writing).
- Always wear required PPE, follow safety procedures, and help enforce a safe work environment.
- Keep your work area safe, orderly, and clean; be adaptable with scheduling needs.
- Follow all company rules and policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
What you bring
- Comfort with desktop applications and Maintenance Connection CMMS.
- Experience working with computerized machine controls and HMIs.
- Organized, accountable problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across all levels.
- Proactive work habits; able to respond to issues without detailed instruction.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Foundational experience in hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and/or general maintenance.
- Background in thermoforming, injection molding, or plastics is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical schooling preferred.
Physical and environmental expectations
- Work safely in a moderately conditioned industrial manufacturing environment.
- Frequently climb 10–40 steps; occasionally climb 5–10 ladder rungs.
- Comfort working in varying temperatures.
