Who We Are:
At Hill’s Industrial, technical credibility comes first. We are looking for an Automation Sales Representative who can earn customer trust through real industrial knowledge, practical problem solving, and clear communication.

If you have worked around the equipment, solved real problems, and understand what customers deal with in the field, we want to hear from you.
We’re looking for an Automation Sales Representative who will identify new opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients and combine technical expertise with sales skills to sell motor controls and drives, motors, and related equipment, and engineered solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager the Automation Sales Representative will conduct technical presentations; develop and present proposals; assess customer needs; provide after-sales support; and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success. This position works daily within the Delmarva Peninsula, Central Maryland, and surrounding areas.
What matters most is technical aptitude, credibility, follow-through, customer respect, and the willingness to grow into a customer-facing role.
