Long-Term Contract
We are seeking an Automation Support SME to support and maintain enterprise automation solutions within a large-scale production environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, operational support, automation monitoring, and ensuring critical business processes run reliably.
What You'll Be Doing:- Support UiPath production environments
- Monitor automation jobs, queues, assets, and schedules
- Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support deployments, upgrades, and production releases
- Maintain operational documentation and support procedures
Key Requirements- Strong UiPath Orchestrator experience
- Production support and troubleshooting experience
- Incident management and root cause analysis
- Experience supporting enterprise automation environments
- Working knowledge of SQL
