Job Description:
Seeking an Automation Technician with 3 7 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems) and AMR/AGV systems in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and lifts
- Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)
- Knowledge of electrical systems (24VDC/480VAC), motors, drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Associate degree/Technical certification in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics, or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience with WMS/WCS, RFID, barcode scanners, vision systems, and HMI/PLC programming.
- Manufacturing or automated material handling environment experience.
