Job Summary:
Seeking an Automation Technician to support, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed automated assembly equipment and manufacturing systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, validation support, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment, robotics, and production systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and equipment issues.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain equipment documentation, procedures, and operational records.
- Safely use tools and measuring equipment while following safety standards.
- Work with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
- 2 4+ years of experience in automation, equipment maintenance, or manufacturing.
- Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of robotic systems and automated assembly equipment preferred.
