Job Summary:
We are seeking an Automation Technician with 2 4+ years of experience in automated assembly equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills with exposure to robotics and manufacturing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain robotic and process support equipment.
• Support equipment qualification and validation activities.
• Record maintenance procedures, test results, and equipment data.
• Maintain equipment documentation, software, and operational specifications.
• Safely use power tools and measurement equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance.
• Follow all required safety and manufacturing procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 4+ years of automation, equipment maintenance, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Manufacturing or automated assembly experience preferred.
• Familiarity with robotic systems and preventive maintenance preferred.
• Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
