Job Title: Automation Technician (Assembly)
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL (2nd Shift)

Job Description:

Seeking an Automation Technician with 2 4+ years of experience in automation, equipment maintenance, or automated assembly. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, maintain, and support high-speed automated production equipment to maximize uptime and manufacturing efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automated assembly equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with robotic systems, manufacturing automation, and equipment qualification/validation
• Ability to maintain equipment documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Associate's degree in a technical field preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or automated assembly environments with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
