We are hiring multiple Automation Technicians for an exciting opportunity with LTTS/Flex in Buffalo Grove, IL. Preference will be given to local candidates.
Job Responsibilities: - Support automation equipment, production machinery, and manufacturing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment and electrical/mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment setup
- Assist with testing, calibration, and process improvements
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
Required Skills: - Experience with automation equipment or manufacturing machinery
- Troubleshooting and maintenance experience
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Ability to read technical documents and follow procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred: - Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Local candidates preferred
