This position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated equipment, including autonomous robots responsible for case, layer, and pallet movements.

Work hours vary, including rotating and straight shifts, with possible overtime on weekends and holidays.
The role is suited for mechanically skilled technicians with at least a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of technical manufacturing experience.
Applicants should have hands-on knowledge of machinery, tools, and system integration, along with strong problem-solving skills.
Successful candidates will undergo a technical interview, with a commitment to remain in the ALPS department for at least 18 months.
The starting pay is $22.95/hour, increasing to $26.60 after probation.
