Seeking controls programming, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and debugging experience for stand-alone machinery, integrated production lines, or similar in a manufacturing environment (automotive or similar) incorporating: 

• Distributed Control System (DCS)

• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or PC based controls.

• Graphic HMI (human machine interface) or similar IO devices.

• Instrumentation communication networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profibus) or similar.

• Electrical power distribution and conduit wiring.

• Servos, drives, actuators, variable frequency drives (VFDs), valves, etc.

Requires experience programming, testing, and debugging controller systems, checking connection and network communication from controller to servos, drives, actuators, VFDs, etc. Automotive manufacturing experience highly desirable.

Compensation: 

• Earning potential to $150,000 (base hourly rate plus unlimited 1.5x OT)
