The Mechanical and Electrical Build Technician assembles and troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components for automated systems. Willingness to learn robotic programming, welding, and machining is a plus. Strong customer service skills are essential, as travel to customer sites for installations and troubleshooting is required.
Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting and repair, installing pneumatic lines, assisting with cable installation, and supporting other duties as needed.
Requirements include a preference for a mechatronics degree and 4+ years of experience with automated machinery. Skills in reading blueprints, schematics, and using computer tools are needed. Must pass background, drug, and MVR checks, be COVID vaccinated (preferred), and willing to travel. Ability to work independently or in a team with a positive attitude is essential.
