We're seeking a skilled Airport Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair passenger boarding bridges and related airport equipment in a fast-paced airport environment.This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical problems while helping keep airport operations running safely and efficiently.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain passenger boarding bridge (PBB) systems and related equipmentPerform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenanceRepair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRead and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and work ordersDocument maintenance activities using a CMMS systemComplete preventive and corrective maintenance records accuratelyRespond quickly to equipment issues and operational service callsOperate company vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment as neededMaintain a safe work environment while following all company safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, airport, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsElectrical troubleshooting experienceExperience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's LicenseAbility to obtain and maintain airport security clearancePreferred QualificationsExperience working with passenger boarding bridgesExperience with airport operations or ground support equipment (GSE)Knowledge of 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motorsAbility to read blueprints and electrical schematicsExperience using CMMS or maintenance management softwareForklift experienceScheduleMonday through Sunday9:00 AM to 5:30 PMMust be available to work weekdays and weekends as neededPosition DetailsLocation: Los Angeles, CA100% onsite3-6 month contract with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and business needsImmediate openingIf you're a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, we'd love to hear from you.
