We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician Supervisor to lead a team of automation technicians supporting high-volume manufacturing operations. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of automation technicians supporting manufacturing operations.
Provide hands-on support for equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability activities.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and escalate critical concerns.
Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely communication of equipment status, issues, and resolutions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, maintenance, or manufacturing equipment.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP.
Knowledge of CAPA processes.
Experience working in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments.
