Seeking for a Automation Tester to enhance our testing processes and ensure the quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for modern applications.
Develop automated tests using TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and/or C#.
Perform component and UI testing for applications built with React, Next.js, or Angular.
Develop and maintain UI, API, integration, and contract testing automation.
Test backend services and microservices, including Spring Boot-based applications.
Work with dependency and build-management tools such as Maven.
Develop container-based integration tests using Testcontainers or similar technologies.
Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks using clean-code and modular design principles.
Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and version-control processes.
Develop complex test scenarios covering edge cases, failure conditions, and system integrations.
Troubleshoot automation and application failures across UI, API, data, integration, and environment layers.
Analyze test results and identify root causes of defects and failures.
Maintain regression coverage and support effective test-data management.
Perform system integration and validation testing, including functional, performance, and reliability validation.
Analyze defect trends and recommend improvements to product quality and testability.
Establish and improve automation standards, testing methodologies, frameworks, and quality processes.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate testing findings, risks, and recommendations.
Leverage approved AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve test creation, analysis, reporting, and defect triage while maintaining security and code-quality standards.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience developing automated tests using TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Java or C#.
Experience testing modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, or Angular.
Experience with component and UI testing.
Knowledge of modern testing tools and approaches, including Testing Library, UI automation, API testing, contract testing, and integration testing.
Experience testing backend services and microservices, including Spring Boot.
Experience with Maven or similar build/dependency-management tools.
Experience with container-based integration testing, such as Testcontainers.
Strong experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Understanding of clean code, modularity, version control, and CI/CD integration.
Strong troubleshooting, defect-isolation, and root-cause-analysis skills.
Ability to diagnose failures across UI, API, data, and environment layers.
Experience improving testing processes, automation standards, and overall product quality.
Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
