Introduction
We are seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Kyle, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles.
- Perform maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicle systems.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
- Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with a supportive and organized team to maintain workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional automotive repair experience.
- A-Level or strong B-Level technician skills.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven productivity and the ability to consistently produce flagged hours.
- Experience repairing domestic and import vehicles.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat-rate pay of $30.00–$45.00 per flagged hour, based on experience.
- Guaranteed $750 per week.
- Productivity bonuses in addition to the weekly guarantee.
