We are seeking two experienced Automotive Technicians to join our busy, modern repair facility in Helena, Montana. This is a Monday through Friday opportunity offering $40-$55 per flat rate hour, excellent benefits beginning on your first day, and a consistent flow of repair work. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair domestic, European, and diesel vehicles.
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Work independently to manage repair work from diagnosis through completion.
- Perform vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations using digital inspection software.
- Accurately document repairs using shop management software.
- Communicate effectively with the service team regarding repair status and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Contribute to a professional, team-focused culture.
What We're Looking For
- A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician.
- Minimum of five years of Automotive repair experience.
- Proven track record of productivity and quality workmanship.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using computers and shop management software.
- Professional, organized, and dependable.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
