What you'll do
- Perform oil changes, brakes, tires, and maintenance with precision
- Diagnose and repair issues using proven, methodical processes
- Handle engine work and deeper repairs with confidence
- Complete welding work as needed
- Keep your workspace organized and efficient
- Lead by example and help develop B and C Techs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of auto repair experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic ability and mechanical knowledge
- Reliable, steady work ethic—someone the team can count on
- Takes pride in clean, accurate, consistent work
- Comfortable following systems and processes
- Leadership mindset (formal or informal)
