When you work for the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group, you are part of an award-winning team, with the number one focus of working together to exceed the clients' expectations every time they do business with us.If you are a hard-working individual who takes pride in a job well done, we would like to speak with you!Duties and responsibilities may include the following:Processing accounts payable invoices for paymentPost accounting entries for vehicle sales, service and parts Reconcile bank accountsProcess vehicle loan payoffsPrepare daily depositsPost accounting entries for internal salesReconcile various general ledger accountsResearch errors and make appropriate correctionsCompile and process bank contracts, vehicle title and registration documentsEnsure compliance with all government regulationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Automotive accounting experience preferred.Previous accounting experience or accounting degree required.Must have a positive "can do" attitude.Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and staff.Ability to learn dealership software program.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Google Software.Apply Today!
