Automotive Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Napleton Autos is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team in St. Charles, IL. This role involves managing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions for multiple locations to ensure accurate and timely financial operations within our automotive business.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments efficiently and accurately
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection from customers
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Tekion preferred 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
