Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our successful restyling business. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive aftermarket Sales Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. You will build rapport, answer questions about vehicles and options, and facilitate scheduling work. Mentorship programs and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. Responsibilities
Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
Answer customer questions about products we offer, vehicle specifications, and the installation process
Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales
Demonstrate vehicle features
Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
