Start your new career as an Automotive Assembler with MAU at Textron GSE in Cartersville, GA. As an Automotive Assembler, you will assemble vehicle components and complete production tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to use measuring tools, gauges, calipers, and inspection equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

What Youll Do as an Automotive Assembler:

• Assemble component parts into completed units according to blueprint specifications and design tolerances
• Meet production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Perform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or machine setups under supervision
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies using visual inspections, gauges, tape measures, calipers, check fixtures, and other measuring equipment
• Complete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervision
• Ensure tools are properly stored and organized at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
