    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on assembly role within the automotive production environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient assembly of vehicle components while helping maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
    • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Identify and report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the appropriate team members.
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in accordance with company procedures.
    • Follow all safety guidelines, manufacturing processes, and quality control requirements.
    • Support production goals by working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
    • Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment is an asset.
    • Ability to read and interpret basic instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
    • Comfortable using hand tools and following standardized processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
    • Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
