Pay: $16.50 per hour
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Join a growing manufacturing team in Avon, Ohio! We are seeking dependable individuals to assemble automotive components in a clean, team-oriented production environment. No previous automotive experience is required training is provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Perform quality inspections on completed products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• Monday Friday
• Pay: $16.50 per hour
• Opportunity for overtime based on production needs
