We need an Assistant Manager who can run the shop independently when called on — leading the team, working the bays, and keeping everything on track, no exceptions. This isn't a desk job. It's hands-on leadership at a real neighborhood shop serving Canal Winchester, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, and the Columbus Southeast corridor.

We kick off Saturdays with breakfast for the team before the busiest day of the week gets going. Every team member gets access to Grease Monkey's professional training program, so you're not just working here — you're building a real skillset in the automotive industry.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Running the shop independently during your shifts — full authority, full responsibility
- Working the bays alongside the team — you lead by doing, not just directing
- Coaching techs day-to-day on the Grease Monkey Certified Pit Crew standard
- Backing up the Center Manager on scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily operations
- Delivering the same customer experience every time — honest, clear, no games
- Learning the full business side of running a shop, so you're ready when the Center Manager seat opens up
What we need from you:
- Automotive service experience — the more hands-on, the better
- Real leadership instinct — people naturally look to you when things get busy
- Comfortable with basic computer work, POS systems, and paperwork
- A valid driver's license and the willingness to get your hands dirty
- Someone who wants to grow into a bigger role, not just clock in and out
