We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers for our automotive service and tire sales centers in Longview, TX.
Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations by enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Service Manager: Assists customers with tire and repair needs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures timely, high-quality vehicle repairs. Focuses on customer satisfaction and sales initiatives.
