What You'll Do
Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs
Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
Perform suspension repairs
Complete timing chain and head gasket repairs
Perform brake repairs
Handle preventative maintenance services
Perform oil changes and tire services when needed
Remove and replace transmissions (no rebuilding)
Build repair tickets and provide accurate repair recommendations
Work closely with Service Advisors to keep repairs moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong B-Level Technician experience
Comfortable performing diagnostics and electrical work
Intermediate to advanced diagnostic skills
Experience using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
Own professional tools
Valid driver's license
Team-oriented attitude
Dependable work ethic
Desire to continue learning and growing
Preferred
ASE Certifications
Experience working on Domestic, Asian, European, and Fleet vehicles
Leadership potential for future advancement

Flat Rate Compensation
Base Pay: $30-$36/hr (DOE)
Production Bonus:
41+ billed hours: +$3/hr
51+ billed hours: Additional +$3/hr
Top performers can earn the equivalent of up to $42+/hr
Weekly payroll
Expected production: 40-50 billed hours per week
