Automotive Back Office Manager

$25–$27/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and the person everyone relies on to keep things on track?

We're looking for a Back Office Manager to help keep our growing automotive business running smoothly. This is not a receptionist position—it's a key support role that helps leadership stay organized, meets deadlines, and keeps daily operations moving.

What You'll Do

  • Track and Execute payroll, insurance, licensing, compliance, and recurring business tasks.

  • Manage accounting, banking, payroll, and vendor relations, and employee onboarding.

  • Build and Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and checklists.

  • Organize transactions in QB, and administrative records.

  • Analyze Profit and Loss Statement monthly to decide on areas of opportunity and improvement for profitability.

Experience We Value

Experience in one or more of the following roles is preferred:

  • Administrative Coordinator

  • Office Manager

  • Executive Assistant

  • Operations Assistant

  • Administrative Assistant

  • Accounting Assistant

  • Service Department Administrator

  • Business Office Support

Experience with QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel is a must. ADP and Google Workspace is a plus.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Pay & Schedule

  • $25–$27 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Full-time

  • Monday–Friday

  • 40 hours per week // Flexible schedule

  • On-site in Boulder, CO
