Now Hiring - Highly Motivated BDC Administrator

• Pay: $17.00-$25.00 Hourly + Bonus Opportunities
• Schedule: Full Time

What You'll Do

• Developing, processing, managing lead follow-up
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

• Basic & phone computer skills.
• Sales experience

Total Rewards

The hourly range for this position is $17.00-$25.00 hourly with bonuses based on Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
